Development layouts for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent document release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend identifying distinct areas of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
Further materials released as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
